Horrible service, I called in regards to a bill I got in my 4 year old name. I have no idea what the bill is for and was calling to see so I could pay it. And she said I had to put my 4 year old on the phone to give the ok to talk to me. That's absolutely ridiculous. I asked to speak to a manger and she said there wasn't any managers and I asked her to find someone above her and she asked me if she was supposed to go knock on the house door to get them to talk to me, then she asked if that's the kind of miracle I was looking... read more
This location is closed, they moved up the street to Lincare. And there is another place you can get supplies called AZ Mediquip, between Little Caesars Pizza and Safeway just around the corner.
Prescott Valley location is closed down. It still shows on their website as open. Very frustrating as I drove over to pick up oxygen.
Technician Juan was absolutely amazing, checked the machine to make sure that everything was working properly gave us instruction on how to keep it clean. Educating your customers is key to a successful outcome
