Sent payment to the wrong place several times, ghosted me a week before my tenants move out. Would call my phone 20 times in a row just to tell me a simple message. Wouldn’t answer any of my questions until I had to send multiple emails and would be blamed about it. Sharon told me while I was in the hospital that I needed to sound better and happier while on the phone.
