These guys were absolutely amazing! My house is 110 years old and not a clue as to when the last time the duct work was cleaned out. I've lived here a year. There were deceased rodents, good amount of mold, and tons of blown insulation inside the ductwork. There was enough trash inside the ductwork equaling 5 to 6 normal amount house load. Drake and Steven showed up for what was a normal duct cleaning. However, they encountered more than they bargained for and helped us fix a situation that we would not have found. They were very helpful in explaining the situation and going over the cost. They were courteous, polite and able to take care of everything for us. Highly recommend!

Preferred provided a quick turnaround of my furnace and duct cleaning. One of the workers opened my basement door and left it open. Didn’t even bother to shut it. A raccoon got in and really messed up the carpet and chair. Totally unprofessional. They also used my downstairs bathroom without asking. I would have gladly said yes if they’d asked. Again, lack of professionalism and homeowner respect.
