Excellent service. They let me know what they were doing and why every step of the way. Very personable crew and didn’t leave a mess behind. Also- they were upfront about the cost and didn’t try to gouge us due to the recent storms. They had great rates and explained exactly how we should pay them once our insurance got the funds to us.

Had Preferred Home Improvement out to do duct cleaning. They were able to get me on the schedule quick. Dillon was on time, professional and efficient. Got all the vents, returns and furnace cleaned in an hour. Can't beat their price!

I would highly recommend Preferred Home Improvements to come clean your furnace vents and duct work! They messaged a day in advance to confirm the appointment and even messaged the day of the appointment to let me know the technicians were on their way and would arrive at the scheduled time! When they got here the technicians were quick and efficient. They explained what they would do, let me know the status of the vents and even gave a discount!
