Horrible none of the aides where the name tags they don’t follow care plans ,they don’t even ask for care plans, they look like they rolled in from the gutter!!!!!

First time dealing with Preferred and the first aide sent to my mothers home was rude and LAZY, she wouldn't cook or clean up around her, garbage left for days over flowing (my sister went to visit and ended up removing the garbage etc....herself). My mother called us to complain about her aide not wanting to cook her a meal. The visiting nurse came in and caught the aide not assisting my mother with her medications (she needs assistance with setting up her insulin to inject herself) she missed doses of insulin smh.... Omg I can’t believe this place its the worst HR just basically told me they are not responsible to let me know if a aide don’t have a PPD shot and won’t be getting paid they are very rude and nasty not professional at all choosing them was a big mistake
