Preferred Heating & Air installed a whole house humidifier for me, and I have been so happy with the decision to go with them. I’ve had nothing but issues with the bigger companies in town, and have gotten excellent customer service, communication, and quality work from the team at Preferred. Will continue to use them in the future and refer others to them!
Jesse helped with a service call for my furnace that went out and came the same day, was super quick to change out the part, and super nice to deal with! He answered all of my questions and even other appliance questions not associated with his job. Definitely recommend and will continue going to Jesse for his services!!
