I called Preferred Heating and Air on a Sunday and left a message that my water heater was leaking because the tank was rusting out. The owner Jesse called me back a short time later. They replaced my water heater a short two days later. The job was done quickly and very neatly.
They were very helpful in explaining my service.
Excellent customer service. We had to replace our outside AC unit and their crew was great to work with. They were very professional and thorough from start to finish. They were careful working in and around our home. They gave us honest and reasonable options for the fix, with various price points and gave the pros and cons of each option. We highly recommend Preferred Heating and Air. The install of the new unit was far superior to the original.
Great company and very personable. They had to come back (had a separate issue after they left the first time). They were quick to respond and fixed the issue. Would recommend them to anyone!
