I could not possibly be happier with my experience at this office. Alyssa is the office coordinator, makes the appointments, and handles much of the paperwork. Andrea is the clinician and does the fittings and any troubleshooting. This is one of the most professional and patient oriented offices that I have ever been in. The staff here at Audionova Andrea and Alyssa the staff members here gave me great customer service. They were knowledgeable professional the follow up and customer service skills are what I would consider to be unsurpassed.. if you need any hearing related assistance, make sure you please look them up.
