Friendly and there is overnight parking for 5 trucks easy maneuvers in yard if you throw garbage or clean your trailer out in there yard you will be charged and kicked off there property. Arrived at 11:14 for a 12:00 pick up. Zero issues from start to finish. 11:42 was assigned a dock door. Rolling by 12:45 with a full load. I don't know what the guy's name was that loaded my trailer, but super smooth. I didn't even feel it. Precool trailer for pick up. Once assigned a door stop a few feet before it. Wait for loader to have you open doors and dock. They will chock your wheel, lock red gladhand, and start loading. Short load times. Will gladly come back.
