Pablo was very efficient, polite and courteous. He took the time to explain what service had been done and walked me to my truck.he is an asset to the service department that Tracie has built to 5 star satisfaction

Everyone seemed really busy. (Found out later they were short staffed) Soon as he was finished getting the details of the vehicle that showed up 37 seconds before mine, Mike and the manager (name?) got right around to the physical inspection and secured a line of communication (both text and email) for the status of my vehicle. While I was out for a bite to eat, updates rolled in consistently.
