If I could give negative stars I would. This was hands down one of the most traumatizing horrible experiences of my life. I went into this facility full of hope for help and a new life. I went there and my urinalysis upon arriving was clean, so I was sober minded. I stayed there 4 days and then had my 3 year old brought to me where he attended daycare. Also HORRIBLE. This place has some very helpful , dedicated faculty. Some of the folks I call Earth Angels. Nothing is a one size fits all, but this, you will be able to relate to, and find better direction. I was here back in 2015 I believe before it was preferred family. Some of the staff were nice but the director and intake coordinator were very rude. And most of the other women there acted to me like they were proud of being an addict and had attitude issues. There was no smoking but some of the women did it anyway and when staff was made aware of it they didn’t do anything at all. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to the preferred family location in Jefferson City instead!
