This place and the staff here have been a gift of God's mercy to me. I came out of prison with just the clothes on my feet. They helped get me into sober living, got me food, clothes, a phone, a bike, and my meds. While job searching I could stop by and go to class and hang out here. The atmosphere is like a 2nd home. Ill forever be grateful for this place 🙏
Absolutely DO NOT GO or send loved ones here. They refused to give me my meds, terrible mean staff who dont know what there doing. And yave my bag of belongings and SSC to an entirely different person. PLEASE!!! Ive been sober for months now go to LOTUS house and talk to them! AMAZING!!! There are staff and ppl who rlly can relate and who care about you and spend one on one time with you. I cannot get ahold of anyone at this place. My mother is in this facility. I call after missing her phone time and they let me know she said she loves me but I drop off Bible study and some crossword books for her and she doesn’t receive them. And then when I call to ask WHY she hasn’t received them I’m told by another person on the phone they can’t confirm she’s even there. When the FIRST person I talked to before being put on hold confirmed. -I left 3 voicemails LAST week to just get an answer on when I can visit. But how ... read more
