I cannot get ahold of anyone at this place. My mother is in this facility. I call after missing her phone time and they let me know she said she loves me but I drop off Bible study and some crossword books for her and she doesn’t receive them. And then when I call to ask WHY she hasn’t received them I’m told by another person on the phone they can’t confirm she’s even there. When the FIRST person I talked to before being put on hold confirmed. -I left 3 voicemails LAST week to just get an answer on when I can visit. But how ... read more

If I could give negative stars I would. This was hands down one of the most traumatizing horrible experiences of my life. I went into this facility full of hope for help and a new life. I went there and my urinalysis upon arriving was clean, so I was sober minded. I stayed there 4 days and then had my 3 year old brought to me where he attended daycare. Also HORRIBLE. He went the first day and came out that evening biting and extremely wore out screaming when i mentioned when returning. My family left for another state to att... read more
This place has some very helpful , dedicated faculty. Some of the folks I call Earth Angels. Nothing is a one size fits all, but this, you will be able to relate to, and find better direction. Thankful for the opportunity to be able to rate this place. If your reading this because your needing a real opinion, take my word, it can be over whelming, this place will help guide you back.
