Had an absolutely terrible experience with them as a host of one of the cars in their rental fleet. Got it back to do maintenance on it and received with a dent on the door, a handprint burnt into the hood ppf, cuts all on my black trim, spoiler installed backwards, and my quarter panel repainted from a hit that I had not been compensated for either.
