I recently had the misfortune of visiting Preferred Dental. From start to finish, their unethical practices and deceptive behavior left me feeling scammed and taken advantage of. I recommend this practice without any reservations. I have known Dr. Armine Grigoryan, Dr. Ovsanna Grigoryan, and Dr. Wu for many years. From day one, the doctors and their office staff made me and my family feel welcome. They are a highly professional and detail-oriented group. Can’t count on someone to work only my teeth if they’re unprofessional to staff
Visited Dr. Grigoryan a couple weeks ago. Extremely rude to her staff and had a terrible bedside manner. It was as if I didn't even exist. She came in for about 2 minutes to "check my teeth" and didn't even look me in the eye. It's so hard to find a new dentist but I definitely won't be going back to her again
RecommendedMy family has been going to Preferred Dental for several years. In addition to routine and specialized services, both Dr. G's offer peronalized care and patience. My family has had everything from routine cleanings, fillings and crowns to implant referral and Invisalign treatment. We are always informed about every procedure and treatment plan. No surprises!! I'm so glad we found this practice and I highly recommend them.
