Repairs included replacement of a sensor in the rear bumper that controls parking assistance. Somehow the rep cut a wire. Should not be a big deal but no one will talk to me about it. I've been trying for months.
Was approached at my home after a hail storm, was promised that if I brought in multiple cars for repair they would wave all deductibles and give me 200 for every additional car. I brought them two vehicles. Was told it would take 7-10 days for the work to be done on the first vehicle, it took over 3 weeks. When I picked up my vehicle the tail light wasn’t replaced, and my passenger sun visor was missing. My vehicle had hail damage from a couple different storms this summer. While driving we saw the sign for Preferred Dent Repair. I called and spoke with Daniel. He explained that they would work with my insurance to cover the hail damage and not charge me my deductible which was $1000.00 dollars. He got us in right away for an estimate.
