I got a beautiful stone coated steel roof in the dead of winter when you cannot install asphalt shingles. I also planned ahead and had them install gutter protection to keep out leaves, and heating cables to prevent ice dams and frozen gutters. I am ready for next winter. I highly recommend them.
John and his crew did all that I ask, I added several more tasks , did excellent work, did everything that he promised. I would highly recommend him, have used him for several other things since. I’ve recommended him to neighbors, friends and family, he doesn’t disappoint
I used Preferred Contracting for a number of projects when I bought my new house and they were absolutely fantastic. He worked with our budget (and we changed the scope of the project a couple times). He and his crew were honest and hard-working. And fast! The whole thing was done in two weeks! And the craftsmanship is just beautiful.
