After 20 years if looking at an 80s kitchen with the cheapest materials available, we decided to have the kitchen remodeled. I received two rational quotes from companies, one of them by Angel Montero of Preferred Construction. He was totally no nonsense with what the cost would be, and he finally earned my business by adding a wall removal and a new pantry to the kitchen.
