After owning a home in Winter Springs for a few years, we've had to contact the HOA a couple times. While you might think that as a scary experience or thought, it totally is not here. Nothing but great things to say. I've always had a wonderful experience dealing with Joe @ PCM HOA. Really appreciate their professionalism, courteous responses, and very quick turn times. Joe Frasca illegally entered into a collections process against me after 4 out of 6 payments were made according to a contractual agreement we had in writing for HOA dues. My HOA board was not aware of these payments and was manipulated by Joe Frasca into entering collections with only $100 in payments remaining. I had expressed financial hardship to Joe, who laughed at my situation prior to adding $300 in attorney fees by taking me to collections for no logical reason.
