Im am truly satisfied with their skills, knowledge and customer service. They scheduled me right away and worked with my schedule. When Kyle came out he was already the second person I called. So I could tell the difference when he started trouble shooting. He tested cables and explained what he was doing. In no time he found the problem but made sure to double check that what he found was the actual problem. All I can say is this is a company only what anyone can imagine. The service men are the upmost most respectable and knowledgeable I have ever had to have in my home. The owner was hands on and inspected there work and they where very clean, in their work for a job I put off for so long and was overwhelmed.at the attention to detail on any other problems that were needed. Great job.
I had Preferred Climates Inc replace my outdated AC and furnace. Ryan and his team were very professional and did a great job at a great price! Couldn’t be happier!
These guys showed up on Christmas Eve to service my unit when the heat went out and it was 57 degrees in the house. My chihuahuas were freezing! They came recommended from another hvac company that was all booked up from emergency calls. They were extremely professional and got the job done... And the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will be using them for all my hvac needs going forward.
