We rented two units for a party and were never told they needed to be hooked up to the main water line. We have a well and caused a massive leak and almost ruined our entire property. They mentioned they would give us a partial refund but trying to reach anyone in the company is a nightmare. Many voicemails and text messages left a no response. Not trustworthy at all.
