Preferred always does amazing work! Rick has been doing our carpets for a few years now & we always know we are getting the best service, but Rick is such a joy as well. We have dogs and small children so our carpets stink after so long, after Preferred cleans them, our house is fresher than ever! I recommend Preferred to anyone that is looking for a carpet cleaning serivce.
Rick and John (I believe was his name) did a wonderful job with our carpets! Not only were they incredibly friendly, but incredibly thorough as well — continuously checking in with one another regarding each room. Their service was top-notch, and I will continue to use them for future cleanings — highly recommend!

Woke up this morning to a real stinky living room from a Granddog accident so I quickly called my number one carpet guy, Rick took care of it before noon today. Always treats us like we are someone special. Thank you Preferred Cleaning Service. You guys really deliver outstanding service.
Josh did an outstanding job cleaning my carpet. He listened to my concerns and went right to work. Very personable and friendly. Can’t say enough good things about this company. I will definitely use them in the future.
