I had to take my vehicle in 6 times for the exact same issue. They would never give me a loaner, it was always the same lame excuse for not allowing me to get one. The service advisor wouldn't give me the number for the Corporate office. I feel that they gave me the run around, and I wasn't compensated for their poor service. I spoke with the general manager about the situation, and I feel that more should have been done. My vehicle was finally sent over to a different shop, which I received better service.
