Gerit & his team did an exceptional job prepping my home for restoration & setting everything back up. Gerit was always available & jumped on any issues I had. Great company!
I had a major water leak in the bathroom, and water had soaked into the walls. The plumber Recommended Preferred and contacted them. Over the next several days, the portions of soaked walls were removed, the area underneath them dried, wall replaced and painted. All of the workers did a great job The manager even got the ball rolling with my home owners insurance.
My plumbing failed and my leak detector company suggested them. They were quick to respond, but that's where it ended. I had to beg them to get the drying fans out of my house so the plumbing company I hired would have space to fix our leaks. The guy I talked to told me a boldfaced lie!! He told me my insurance wouldn't pay me if he took his fans out!! I have since fired them and went with a general contractor to finish my house. Much better prices for repairs.
