Tyler was professional and knowledgeable throughout the repair process. He had the replacement part in his van, so I didn’t have to wait for him to return later. Since he was coming in and out of the house several times, he asked if he needed to knock every time. I’ve never been asked this before, and it was very thoughtful.One thing that bothered me was that he wasn’t wearing an official name badge.
