Our old ductwork was installed by another company in 1988, and had saturated insulation from loss of tape and seals. Since we had a great experience with Preferred Choice in installing a new furnace and AC a few years ago, we asked them to analyze and quote new ductwork for our entire house - they promptly responded by sending Travis who analyzed and gave us price. I needed a new gas range converted for propane use ASAP (the installer forgot to install the conversion kit). Preferred Choice had someone at my home within an hour of calling. Miles Coster did a nice job explaining what he was doing and showing me that the conversion was done properly. He was also friendly and comforting to my anxious mother-in-law who was worried about using her new range.
Miles was very knowledgeable and professional. Great company with great people.
The installers and sales rep did an excellent job. The team worked through a problem with a faulty thermostat. They stayed on the problem until it was solved. Could not have asked for better service under extreme heat conditions. You will be pleased with Preferred.
