When I first started going here I thought it was great. Christine Helton helped me identify what the root cause of many of my problems is and came across as very caring and empathetic in the first few months. After awhile though it felt like they were getting tired of hearing me discuss the same problems over and over again. They cut a few of my sessions a bit short and seemed uninterested in talking, so I stopped going here. Christine Helton has made a habit of sharing confidential client info with other clients causing irreputable harm to them. Even after her admission of speaking to other clients regarding her first client & apologizing, in tears, she suggested to her boss that a severely depressed, PTSD client with multiple neurological issues no longer be seen at HER workplace as it made her uncomfortable to think that her faux pas would come to light & damage her reputation as a therapist....therefore, the higher ups, decided to cover up fo... read more
Had seen someone there and was pleased with the what service I got there.
Katherine Smith is a good therapist my daughter sees her. We like it here except today when we went for her therapy appointment I stayed in the car because my baby was asleep. My husband took my older daughter in for her appointment. Some strange guy kept pacing back and forth staring at me the whole time. He made me feel anxious and worried. I didn't know this man so I finally decided I'd go in luckily when I went in they were done with the therapy appointment. Hopefully this is addressed because it makes other people feel ... read more
