We had an appointment at 2:00 and they ask you to be online at least 5 min before- we were on 7 min before at 2:10 we still had not been connected: at the same time a message came through be right there- at 212 we still were waiting. I hung up- my time is valuable and I didn't appreciate the therapist not being present at the appointed time. 5 min I can understand but we waited pretty much 20 minutes before hanging up.

Katrina Lavender is right, Sarah is a horrible therapist. She lacks empathy and bedside manners.

Sarah is a great therapist! One of the reviews on here definitely painted an unfair and inaccurate picture of her. The quality of service she provides is exceptional. She is compassionate, kind and caring. I will never go anywhere for service.
