If I could give 0 stars, I would. My personal experience with Alek left me deeply disappointed. Honesty, integrity, and accountability are values that are important to me, and I did not feel those values were reflected in my experience. Because of that experience, I no longer have confidence and would not recommend him. I encourage others to carefully consider whether his approach aligns with what they are looking for.

Thanks. No thanks. They should remove empathetic off their sign. To add I also see a lot of them not being able to be on time but get pulled over and be 2 min late and you must reschedule. Hope the therapist enjoys her hour break that was more important than my kid!

We had an appointment at 2:00 and they ask you to be online at least 5 min before- we were on 7 min before at 2:10 we still had not been connected: at the same time a message came through be right there- at 212 we still were waiting. I hung up- my time is valuable and I didn't appreciate the therapist not being present at the appointed time. 5 min I can understand but we waited pretty much 20 minutes before hanging up.

Katrina Lavender is right, Sarah is a horrible therapist. She lacks empathy and bedside manners.
