Dr. Thorton runs a tight ship at Preferred Chiropractic & Massage. The office staff, massage therapists and Dr. T herself are wonderful to work with. The massage therapist Ben is dedicated to improving his craft and is the perfect mix of professional and sociable. I look forward to my appts and have had such an improvement in overall body pain.
Jen aggressively adjusted my husband’s low back and put him out of commission for 7 months! It was so aggressive that he yelled out due to the shock of it, which made her jump. He’s been to many chiropractors in the past and has never been adjusted in that manner. He was unable to work, had to go to the ER due to the pain at one point, could hardly do anything other than lay down, and now relies on daily pain medication. I have been seeing Dr. Horton for 10 years now. She & Marla are literally the BEST. They always make me feel like they know me - asking about my kids, how I've been doing. They really treat you like family there & Dr. Horton genuinely cares about her patients.
Everytime Im offered somewhere to go I've been there and it's not. But when I tried this place I may have to walk but I get great service everytime. I've been going there for about I say possibly 5 years now. I like it. It's worth the walk. I cant say it's worth the wait b/c i get waited on immediately although im early. Just love this place. Workers and chiropractor are friendly.
