LeAnn and her team are incredible. It was over thanksgiving week and the week before and my daughter was having an incredibly tough time with depression and other issues and they went way over the call of duty to even bringing a special Thanksgiving Dinner to her which they shared with her. If you are looking for not only professional caregivers but also ones who believe and practice compassion and empathy, these people are who you're looking. We will always remember Lee Ann and her team of pros who care.
Hands down the best care company that I have worked with! They are not medical but took amazing care of me post hysterectomy. From hot and cold compresses, to making food, adjusting pillows and light errands. Every caregiver was professional and caring. Even the owner, Leann, sat in with me for an hour when there was a gap. Thank you again and I will be calling you again! ❤️💯🙌🏼

Preferred Care was recommended to us by a person in the senior care business. Everything they said is true. They have been a pleasure to work with. The owner Leanne is great. She is very pleasant and always available to deal with any issues or changes needed for care. They operate their business with true transparency for hours and payment.
