Preferred Care at Home of South Miami truly made my mom’s transition from rehab to home seamless! Ricky, who manages the company and helps coordinate the aide was amazing! He answered every and all questions and made sure we were comfortable with everything. My mom’s recovery after an extended stay at the hospital would not have been possible without Preferred Cade at Home. We have worked with the same aide since the beginning. Atana is truly a godsend. Amazing company, I have nothing but great things to share.
I tore my Achilles tendon and had my foot in a cast. My provider name is hard to pronounce. I call her Ubi helps me with everything and when I try to do almost anything she doesn’t let me. Always comes early and if I have a doctors appointment she locks the door after she’s done. I can go on but I don’t like typing.
As a caregiver, this company has been very professional. I truly feel that they work towards providing the best available care. They provide an excellent level of communication and transparency.
