We used this company to care for our Mom in order to keep her in her house yet safe. We really had great luck and I don't think any of the staff members would be considered sub par. Even the ones who spent the night during more critical times were exceptional. Amy at times would help out and there was a genuine and actual concern....she gave a damn. Great company to take care of your loved ones
Our family used Preferred Care at Home Pittsburgh for both our dad and mom (a few years apart) in supplementing Hospice care. Don and Amy were very responsive, and the people they sent were truly wonderful. Their care givers were kind, compassionate and an incredible help in both circumstances.
Quick and efficient service. Billing and time keeping accurate. The majority of the in-house care takers were good.
