Last week Kofi from Preferred Care at Home left our home after taking care of my Father Ralph Polise who passed away from Alzheimer’s. My Mom Kathy Polise, my Brother Bill Fisher and I agree that we could not have had anyone better with us during our difficult time. Kofi was kind, caring, respectful, compassionate, and patient. The staff was very professional and organized the help that was needed quickly. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. The caregivers were kind, patient, attentive and met all of my mother's needs (my father's too!) It was great to have such a positive experience during this very stressful time. We are lucky to have this service in our community.
