I needed care for my mom kind of quickly and without much notice, as she took a turn for the worse quite unexpectedly. Jordana came to the house the very same night I sent in the email request (totally unexpected), and after discussing our needs at length, we signed on. We had aides in the house 2 days later! Jordana and her team are amazing people. They were so caring and easy to work with during a very difficult time when my dad needed care. My family and I are so grateful for their service. It takes very special people to do this job.
Our family is so grateful to have the Preferred Care team aiding our loved one. They are highly communicative, compassionate, and really cater to your needs. We have been working with them for about 4 months and they've been great!
I had to get help for my mom for a second time. And, I again, called Preferred Care. Jordana made the whole process very easy. The aide was very accommodating and kind to mom. Mom eventually recovered and did not need the aide anymore. But if she should need an aide again, I will go to Preferred care again. Highly recommend them.
