Absolutely perfect choice! I left a rehab facility and realized when coming home that I came home too soon. I called in a panic on a Sunday and they were at my home by noon to evaluate my circumstances. I could not have asked for more as they had a caregiver, which turned out to be one of the owners, at my house to stay with me at 3 o’clock. I could not have been more pleased. I just wanna say I’ve been getting home health for six years. I’ve been with numerous companies and Preferred care at home, is by far the best I’ve had and I don’t ever wanna have to go anywhere else and don’t intend to as they really strive to meet all my needs. Great company to work with and great communication! Sharon is the best!
Prior to being wrongly terminated due to false information from a client who lied to the police and got a false reporting ticket, the company was a great place to work. Clients even wrote the bosses very nice things about me and said I was very professional and nice and did a great job. I was treated very poorly at the end by the owner of company. I hope they know you can't always go off one person's story.
