My mom moved in with me and my family somewhat unexpectedly right at the start of the school year. I’m incredibly grateful for the team at Preferred Home Health Care, especially Cormac, Simone, Jeana, Kathy, and Adega. They supported my dad at home during his final weeks, and I know that care and support meant a great deal to him and certainly to me during that time. The caregivers from Preferred Care at Home of Champlain Valley are absolutely outstanding. I contacted Cormac when we needed care unexpectedly after bringing my father home from a long hospitalization and he sprung into action. He was understanding, compassionate and patient. Preferred Care was very responsive, flexible and professional when my Mom needed round-the-clock care for a few months. I especially want to recognize Cassady F, who rose to every challenge, was able to improvise solutions, used excellent judgement and was able to work independently. Great experience overall.
