Asking for help was really hard for us, but the team at Preferred Care at Home made the process easier than I expected. Within a day, we had a visit from their nurse who set up my husband's care plan. His aide is just perfect! She not only takes care of his physical needs but somehow gets him singing the oldies again and doing crossword puzzles. We are so grateful!
I am so grateful to the team at Preferred Care at Home of Central NJ! They have taken exceptional care of my husband for the last year and I can't say enough good things. His caregiver is amazing and she has become like a member of our family. The owners and office staff are professional and courteous and always available, even after hours!
Kathy and her team were wonderful. They are professional, knowledgeable and truly hands on. As the only daughter and living 800 miles away is was critical to me that the right caregiver fill my shoes. Our caregiver, Ruth took AMAZING care of my mom. Ruth was attentive, positive and so very respectful of my mom's dignity. She worked with and communicated with Hospice staff when they visited. We are having a great experience with Preferred Care taking care of my mother. Her caregiver comes late afternoon to prepare her dinner and get her ready for bed. I hear them laughing and chatting when I get home at night. Highly recommend!
This is definitely not your typical homecare agency! Such professional service from the office team and amazing caregivers. My Care Manager found the perfect match for my 92 year old mom and they have so much fun chatting and cooking together. It is such a relief for me to know that she is safe and happy at home.
