Quality not as promised. Electrical is a mess. Many factory installed outlets still not working almost a year after delivery. Overpriced for quality. No follow-up or correction of defects. Home is still not livable after almost a year.
The factory tour is impressive and the quality is easy to see.
Amazing energy efficient, high quality product. I recommend touring the factory as I did for with a group of us architects
Don't use this company they use cheap materials i spent 3,000 dollars for a door upgrade and less than 3 years the door is falling apart badly and they didn't want to help me at all and nobody would honor the warranty. I would never use this company again!!!!!!
Toured the factory and purchased a home. Overall quality of workmanship was inconsistent. Interior doors were sent back to be repainted. Drywall was not finish sanded and left to the homeowner to complete. Some interior trim was excellent, other areas have visible open joints. Sink was ordered incorrectly but homeowner was still made to pay. Thousands of dollars "missing" for countertop allowance. Went with modular thinking that time and quality would be better controlled but that was not the case.
