One of the worst experiences I have ever had in working with a company or individual. I submitted a rental application directly to Kathy and received no response despite repeatedly following up by phone, email, and text over two weeks. Finally over 3 weeks later I received a response from her assistant that they never received our paperwork and that the property was already being leased.
