I had been asked to give random urine screens to show I’m clean. I was told by Nicole that after I gave her my urines, she would make a recommendation based on what came up in the urines. My urines were CLEAN - and she called me to recommend me to a Level TWO! Not even a Level One. Clean urines - Level Two. It really calls into question how much Preferred actually cares about their clients vs. how much of this is a money grab for their agency. They never answer the phone or call u back. The only way to get in contact with them is to go in person so if they don't do what you need u wasted time n gas for nothing very unprofessional
Office staff is rude. First telephone meeting the clinician was 10 minutes late and completely unprofessional. Would not recommend
