Every month my meds are always messed up and or prior Auths are not completed. I run into constant issues for a COMPLIANT PATIENT! Sad thing is I work in the same field and get treated this way. I’m a very very complaint patient! Never missed an appointment and always communicate with counselors and staff. They don’t know how to run a business. Therapist Olga Ramales is excellent. She is very professional and cares about me.
I called for a Rx refill on Wednesday. Not refilled. Called emergency line Saturday and called twice 9 am Monday. Still no call back or refill. Sitting in office at 10:30 am until I get it. They don’t realize the importance of the meds they prescribe!
