My “Check Engine” light came on so I took my Subaru Forester in to be analyzed. Turned out to be a malfunction of a sensor. “No charge Sir”. How often does that happen? Not even a charge for reading the code. A sure sign of an honest shop, and why I keep going back.

I was here yesterday with a cavalier I just bought. I showed up early for my appointment and Jay was honest and said the machine they needed was gonna be used for a while. I came back when he said to, a little early again. The machine was still being used. So he nicely asked me whats going on and asked why I thought it needed an alignment. I'm not sure where the 5 starts are coming from. I have had less than exceptional service every time. Most recently, my car was sitting in their lot for 4 WEEKS and still I had to call to find out what was wrong with it. In those 4 weeks I called at least 3 times to get an answer. Each time, I was told that they would check with their mechanic and call me back. Still never got called back. I finally had enough, and asked them to hand me back the car. Will never use them again, which is frustrating for me because they are so ... read more
