They don't answer their phones, they don't answer their emails, they don't have any respect for the customers

Way too expensive. Youre essentially buying a new or used car instead of parts. Service desk people are rude but thats pretty common at almost all body part stores
This states they test the parts they sell. They do not. To the owner, it's a simple fix. ACTUALLY TEST THE PARTS BEFORE SELLING THEM LIKE IT STATES YOU DO.
