Try to call the 1800 number to ask a question about a new moter i needed the guy on the phone haug up before I can say anything now they wont answer at all.... And i don't understand why the Conway office has a phone because they don't pick it up...
I’m highly disappointed in the customer service I received from Chris. From the first day he was very rude. I tried to purchase a motor was told it would be delivered Thursday. Never came and I left two voicemails. He contacts via text asking if I want the motor still 4 days later and said I should contact another sales rep next time instead of him. He was the one that lied about getting it Thursday and never returned any of my voicemails. This is what the audacity he to text me! Very upset and he is very rude and should not... read more
