Jeff at Preferred was recommended by a close friend a couple of years ago and I have taken my car there ever since. They stand by their work even when it means going above and beyond to figure out a tricky issue. I can't say how many times they have fixed a small unrelated thing with no charge just cause the mechanic noticed it. In today's world, the words "this is a mechanic you can trust" says it all.
Absolutely wonderful experience with the two guys from start til end. I drive a car thats older than me but costs nothing to run, so didnt want to give it up. They went out of there way to ensure I got the parted needed and was safe on the road. Couldn't have been more helpful! Then comes the cost- unlike most, they didnt take advantage of a young unknowing women and was super in insuring it was cost effective and kept low and affordable. Wonderful staff and exceptional service
