Very glad I went with preferred auto design, they were easy and great to work with, very professional. Dealing with an accident is stressful but I felt at ease with them. Their communication with the insurance, and communication with me was very good. My car looks and feels amazing. They fixed all the damage from the accident, and it looks even nicer than before. Very grateful for their service.
After meeting David right away I could tell he’s a trustworthy individual. I have a hard time trusting mechanics and after first meeting him, it almost felt like speaking to a friend I’ve known for years. I contacted 3 other body shops and he quoted me the best price and was able to take my car in much sooner than the other shops. Briefly spoke to one of his workers and I can tell he has an excellent team that pays attention to detail. David even helped me navigate a few things with the insurance adjuster.
