I guess I should have checked the reviews before buying from here because it seems like a lot of unhappy people. Just came here to say DO NOT buy a car from these guys! Frustrating Warranty Experience I purchased a ford Expedition from them with an extended warranty through Assurant, which the Preferred confidently recommended as reliable coverage talking me into a warrant that I was unsure about to begin with but they assured me that this would be a great addition to my vehicle purchase. I scheduled a test drive after talking back and forth with one of their salespeople throughout the day. I asked about pricing and was told “we are definitely in the area” for what i wanted to pay. So i rushed down after work to test drive the vehicle. The salesman i was talking too all day was no longer there. I was handed off to a wonderful gentleman and drove the vehicle.
