I scheduled a test drive after talking back and forth with one of their salespeople throughout the day. I asked about pricing and was told “we are definitely in the area” for what i wanted to pay. So i rushed down after work to test drive the vehicle. The salesman i was talking too all day was no longer there. I was handed off to a wonderful gentleman and drove the vehicle. Bought a car from Roy. Great communication. Friendly and thorough. The process was easy and I love my new car.
I bought a Buick Enclave from Johnny, super guy, about a week later I contacted him about the collar part on the shifter being missing and the tire monitor light. He did say take it in, but I didn't right away, my bad. But I did take the vehicle in to the GR Toyota, they want over $900 to replace, I went there because they are closer to where I live.
