My experience with this apartment complex has been nothing short of a nightmare. I wish I could give 0 star. This place is not “luxurious “. Since moving in, I've encountered a series of severe and ongoing issues: Mold Issues: Initially, there was mold on the living room windows, which required a complete replacement of the windows. This company is horrible and I mean horrible. I’ve been without air conditioner for one month and they still have not resolved the issue. You can’t contact management you call they don’t answer they give you the runaround. This is a horrible horrible management company so if they name is on anything, I will suggest run.
They manage The Drexel Collective. Since they’ve taken over it’s been absolutely horrendous to live there. If I took as long to pay rent as they did to fulfill a maintenance request I would be living rent free.
