A little cluttered and not much for pricing available. Nice place, I just didn't like the way it was setup and handled at all
We recently had our wedding at Sinclair Depot's venue. Based on our experience, they will take whatever money they can get from you. If you want in the venue the day before to set up(even if no one else is using the venue during business hours), it will cost between $150-$200 an hour. This cost is based on electricity (which we didn't need to have when setting up), and someone staying around to lock up after (I was the one that locked up after).
