They sent me to collections for $17. Turns out they did not have the correct mailing address on file but had my correct phone #. Not once did I receive a phone call. If they were able to bill my insurance then they HAD THE CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS. They could have reached out to me by phone to verify billing or call my insurance and get the correct address. I would have gladly paid them the $17 in full HAD I KNOWN. I had to pay over $20 in fees just to pay this in full! I am trying to buy a house and am almost 8 months pregna... read more
