Zach the tech repair man came out quickly at night to repair my AC and was very professional and engaging in his efforts. Heather at the office is always a big help getting needed service visits scheduled and answering questions. The new Carrier unit runs so quietely I cannot really hear it.
This company did not stand by their service. We paid $316 for a drain line clog. The same issue occurred 32 days later. We were told we’d be charged the same price even though they had done the same service/repair recently. The experience was incredibly disappointing. We had a new company come to service the unit and it was apparent that Preferred never did a thorough job over the 7 yrs that we were loyal customers.
Zach did an excellent job!
Technician Zach was knowledgeable and courteous as always I had a good experience with Preferred A/C.
Zack was great! Very knowledgeable and explained the process as he was working.
