Zach was working for our neighbor who had to leave today. The neighbor asked me to let the technician in to finish the work. Zach was in communication with me throughout the day and arrived to finish the job. He was extremely informative and professional. He is an asset to the company. We will be using Preferred A/C the next time we need HVAC work done at our home. Neighbor ‘John’
Heather was very efficient and set up an appointment ASAP. On May first Noah was here in the early morning. Did our 6 month preventative maintenance; found a small problem. Replaced a capacitor in one of our units and we have been COOLER ever since. We prefer Preferred AC !

We bought a house in Stuart and we needed an a/c company to come and check out the units and verify their condition. The technician came out and checked out our units, he said they were in great shape, they needed nothing and suggested that regular 6 month service should give them the opportunity to help us stay on top of their performance.
