We trusted Debby in 2018 to rent our brand new house and we have no regret. We work hard to get what we want and what we have and we didn’t want renters that did not take good care of our house…yes, we are very picky renters! Debby managed to have only good rentees and we are very thankful for that. We are very surprised about the 3.5 rating, she does not deserve it. We would highly recommending Debby!

Debby has been our property manager for almost 5 years now. We highly recommend her. She is trustworthy, efficient, reliable, and very easy to talk to and work with. We would keep working with her for as long as we can. It’s hard to find someone you can trust nowadays. We are very grateful for all her hard work.

Renter beware. Avoid at all cost. The property manager, Ms. DeRosa attempted to require a $2,000 security deposit prior to providing a finished copy of the lease. We had discussed at length the details of the lease, but the actual hard copy lease was not drawn up yet, and she attempted to strong-arm the deposit before providing the finalized lease.
