Unfortunately for this company, they have a real estate agent (SHARI WARD) who doesn't communicate with other agencies. I'm not sure how she can possibly receive commissions when she has no concept of timeliness or communication. I feel bad for the people using her as a realtor because her lack of urgency can eat up anyone's time and money quite easily. Shari Ward, please retire for the good of your community!
Debbie is a rude and condescending woman. Spoke to me like I was a child. I will NEVER recommend this woman to speak or do business with. This woman shows no professionalism. Debbie you should be ashamed of yourself! I will be letting everyone know if they EVER want to rent with you, to DEFINITELY not to!
I am a landlord and have been with Debby DeRosa and Preference Properties since 2018. They are an absolute godsend. Great to work with. Great communication. Most of all, they are FAIR. They look out for both the tenant's best interest and the landlord's best interest. A fair arbiter. I 100% trust Debby. May she live forever. I'll never find a better property manager anywhere.
