Have previously thought their service on my pool was very good and was willing to pay extra for them to travel an hour to do work on my pool. They’ve replaced the Cover Pool 3 times and broken ropes twice. Prices were reasonable. That changed this year when a broken rope in May didn’t get fixed until October and the price was 4 times what was previously charged. One rope was broken but they unnecessarily replaced two without permission from me and charged 8 hours labor instead of 1 1/2 as previously charged for sewing on 1 r... read more
For 16-17 years, I got nothing but excellent service here. Now, all of a sudden, I can't get any service! I called for service on my hot tub 4 WEEKS AGO, and no one has shown up yet. I'm guessing the business has new owners. At this point, I cannot recommend Preference Pools!!!!!!!

I spent a lot of money with this company in the last year for a sand filter Head and then ended up buying a new sand filter which is over $1200 that I have invested in this company and my sand filter is not working correctly. They have nothing but excuses and want to charge money every time they come out to your house, and I definitely would not use them again They have excuses for everything and I not recommend this company if I could give the option of no stars I would do that so they get one star and if you wanna know abo... read more
