This is my first cleaning at Preference Dental and I went to their Big Rapids office. I changed dental offices because my dentist retired. They required me to change my appointment at the last minute (the week of), I assume because it was a 3PM appointment the Thursday before Labor Day. That was frustrating. The cleaning was average... but could have been better (The super quick polishing portion left with me with grit... should have rinsed and let me swish and then suction instead of just trying to rinse and suction it off ... read more
