Eugene was amazing. We were adding new windows for a full blown renovation and his patience as we changed window sizes more than any sane person would was astounding. He was communicative and incredibly well priced compared to other quotes we received. Delivered on time (his delivery timeline was actually way shorter than any of the other quotes as well). We would love to work with him again if we need windows in the future
We just Had Preferred home Services replace our windows and patio door. From start to finish the whole Experience was Extremely professional. From the time we first meet with the owner Eugene to the great Installation by Jim and Jose we can’t be any happier.
My neighbor suggested Eugene with Preferred Home for a window and door replacement for my 13 year old home. The original windows which were installed in our home were cheap and falling apart as well as leaking hot summer air into our home causing outrageous electric bills. Eugene arrived at our home on time and was very professional. I would recommend all of my friends and family to call Eugene and know that are in great hands.
